{"id":180,"date":"2011-11-19T10:33:31","date_gmt":"2011-11-19T10:33:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sacod.ufpr.br\/ppgdesign\/?page_id=180"},"modified":"2014-02-11T00:24:29","modified_gmt":"2014-02-11T03:24:29","slug":"estagio-docencia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sacod.ufpr.br\/ppgdesign\/didatica\/estagio-docencia\/","title":{"rendered":"<!--:en-->Teaching Experience<!--:--><!--:pt-->Pr\u00e1tica de Doc\u00eancia<!--:-->"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--:en--><\/p>\n<div id=\"gt-res-wrap\">\n<div id=\"gt-res-content\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">By stage of the Master&#8217;s teaching, the Graduate Program in Design is contributing directly to the increased quality of teaching in the course of Bachelor of Design in UFPR, so that they achieved the goals established by Decree 6096 of 24.04.2007\u00a0, which include the gradual rise of the average completion rate of undergraduate attendance to 90%, the gradual rise in undergraduate classroom courses, the relationship pupil \/ teacher = 18, the period of 5 years to meet the targets, the\u00a0from the beginning of each plan, and the minimum 20% increase in undergraduate enrollment.\u00a0We also emphasize that there was a significant increase in the number of vacancies for students entering the Bachelor of Design course caused by various reasons, such as through the PROVE Program (UFPR for internal reuse of remaining places at the university), Academic Mobility, exchanges,\u00a0among others, has been causing all the increase of the student \/ teacher.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Participation in the Master&#8217;s Program Graduation is an opportunity to maintain the quality of courses Design UFPR, improving services to graduate students, individually or in groups, who have learning difficulties; support the development of academic activities of teaching and\u00a0Supervision of completion for Graduation.\u00a0In 2010 the program had 22 of its 30 courses and students working in Graphic Design and Product-stage teaching, as follows: Gather 09 fellows, 07 fellows PROF, 01 Araucaria Foundation Fellow, Fellow of the Amazon Foundation 01, and 04 master&#8217;s students do not\u00a0grantees.\u00a0Moreover, the performance of students in the disciplines contributing to the studies in the dissertation work in progress, as in the master&#8217;s student Mariana Iwakami White Castle, which resulted in a paper prepared jointly with graduate students and approved by the national congress of the area.<br \/>\nThe trends of the program, actions and results in 2010 indicate: (a) the consolidation of national and international partnerships, (b) the continuity of production and scientific research, and (c) the consolidation of the skills of staff within\u00a0graduate strict sense, is thus expands the capacity of contributions to knowledge in the international arena.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"gt-res-tools\">\n<div id=\"gt-res-tools-r\">\n<div id=\"gt-res-rate\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--:--><!--:pt-->A Pr\u00e1tica de Doc\u00eancia ou Est\u00e1gio Doc\u00eancia no PPGDesign \u00e9 organizada atrav\u00e9s da atividade &#8220;SD743 Pr\u00e1tica de Doc\u00eancia&#8221; que se constitui na atua\u00e7\u00e3o do aluno em disciplina na gradua\u00e7\u00e3o da UFPR sob a supervis\u00e3o de um docente respons\u00e1vel pela disciplina. A Pr\u00e1tica de Doc\u00eancia \u00e9 uma atividade obrigat\u00f3ria para bolsistas da CAPES e eletiva para os demais alunos regulares do PPGDesign. Com a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Curso de Doutorado em Design em mar\u00e7o de 2013, esta atividade passou a ter um universo ampliado de participantes.<\/p>\n<p>Na atual estrutura de cr\u00e9ditos do PPGDesign, a Pr\u00e1tica de Doc\u00eancia equivale a aproximadamente 45 horas de carga hor\u00e1ria em um \u00a0trimestre letivo, o que equivale a 3 cr\u00e9ditos. Configura-se como um espa\u00e7o na grade curricular para o desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias did\u00e1tico-pedag\u00f3gicas, atrav\u00e9s da participa\u00e7\u00e3o do mestrando ou doutorando em disciplina pertinentes \u00e0\u00a0 tem\u00e1tica de pesquisa do mesmo. Visa possibilitar a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o das compet\u00eancias de ensino do p\u00f3s-graduando, contribuindo para sua melhor capacita\u00e7\u00e3o para a carreira docente. A estrat\u00e9gia did\u00e1tico-pedag\u00f3gica consisti usualmente da participa\u00e7\u00e3o do p\u00f3s-graduando atrav\u00e9s de palestra, acompanhamento da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, participa\u00e7\u00e3o na formula\u00e7\u00e3o de material did\u00e1tico e no atendimento individual dos alunos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o. Ocasionalmente os p\u00f3s-graduandos tem utilizado o pr\u00f3prio espa\u00e7o da sala de aula para coletar dados pertinentes \u00e0s suas respectivas disserta\u00e7\u00f5es, ocorrendo tal situa\u00e7\u00e3o naquela disserta\u00e7\u00f5es que abordam aspectos pedag\u00f3gicos do Design ou a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de ferramentas de apoio ao ensino.<\/p>\n<p>A participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos mestrandos do Programa na gradua\u00e7\u00e3o tem se revelado como efetiva para contribuir na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e melhoria da qualidade dos cursos de Design da UFPR, melhorando o atendimento aos graduandos, individual ou em grupos. Tal contribui\u00e7\u00e3o inclui apoio ao processo de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalhos de conclus\u00e3o de curso de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o. Contribui-se, deste modo, para o alcance das metas estabelecidas no Decreto 6.096 de 24.04.2007, as quais incluem: a eleva\u00e7\u00e3o gradual da taxa de conclus\u00e3o m\u00e9dia dos cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o presenciais para 90%; a eleva\u00e7\u00e3o gradual, em cursos presenciais de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, da rela\u00e7\u00e3o alunos\/professor = 18; o aumento m\u00ednimo de 20% nas matr\u00edculas de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o. No di\u00e1logo entre a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do curso de Design e a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do PPGDesign estabeleceu-se que a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos p\u00f3s-graduandos dever\u00e1 ser na melhoria did\u00e1tica do curso (ex: registro de pr\u00e1ticas did\u00e1ticas, introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de novas ferramentas e abordagens, etc); no compartilhamento de experi\u00eancias profissionais e acad\u00eamica dos p\u00f3s-graduandos atrav\u00e9s de oficinas e workshops (ex: oficinas) e, tamb\u00e9m, no desenvolvimento de publica\u00e7\u00f5es que apoiem o ensino da gradua\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Para subsidiar a Pr\u00e1tica de Doc\u00eancia o PPGDesign a Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o de Pol\u00edticas de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o a Dist\u00e2ncia (CIPEAD) da UFPR tem ofertado disciplinas sobre metodologia do ensino superior na modalidade EAD (Ensino a Dist\u00e2ncia). Tamb\u00e9m oferece m\u00f3dulos como a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de material para EAD; Elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de Projetos; E-Learning; Metodologia do Ensino Superior; Produ\u00e7\u00e3o de Material para EAD e Produ\u00e7\u00e3o de Audiovisual para EAD, Moodle Instrumental e Pedag\u00f3gico e Educa\u00e7\u00e3o a Dist\u00e2ncia; Hist\u00f3ria, Concep\u00e7\u00f5es e Modelos. Os cursos ofertados tem cargas hor\u00e1rias que variam de 30 a 120 horas.
